Weber Auditorium

Weekday Rate:  $575.00               Weekend Rate (Fri, Sat, Sun): $750.00

Weber Auditorium is our largest venue, accommodating 500 with chairs only and 415 with tables and chairs.   The auditorium is great for Wedding Receptions, Graduation Parties, Quinceaneras, Corporate Events, Vendor Fairs and much more.  Our kitchen is attached to the east end of the Auditorium giving easy access for food prep and serving.

 Planning a dance with a band or DJ?  

 This is your place!  

Weber West

 ​​​Weekday Rate:  $425.00               Weekend Rate (Fri, Sat, Sun):  $600.00

Weber West is our Auditorium with a dividing wall.  Accommodating 375 with chairs only and 325 with tables and chairs, Weber West is used for the same type of events as the Auditorium but a smaller venue.  West is not attached to the Kitchen but access is available.  

Weber East

 

WEBER EAST


Weekday Rate: $225.00               Weekend Rate (Fri, Sat, Sun): $350.00

Weber East is located on the east end of Weber Auditorium.  Accommodating 125 with chairs only and 90 with tables and chairs. East is attached to the kitchen and  is a great facility for Corporate meetings and events, Showers, Dinners, Parties, and more.

Berry Meeting Room

Weekday Rate: $100.00               Weekend Rate (Fri, Sat, Sun):  $125.00

Great for smaller events, The Berry room accommodates up to 40 with chairs only and 25 with tables and chairs.  This is a great place for corporate meetings, showers, birthday parties, or presentations.  

MEETING ROOM A & B

Weekday Rate: $100.00               Weekend Rate (Fri, Sat, Sun):  $125.00

Great for smaller events, The Berry room accommodates up to 40 with chairs only and 25 with tables and chairs.  This is a great place for corporate meetings, showers, birthday parties, or presentations.  

Social Meeting Room

Weekday Rate:  $75.00               Weekend Rate (Fri, Sat, Sun):  $100.00

Our Social Room, accommodating 24 with existing tables and chairs, is a great place for gatherings such as small corporate meetings, presentations, small parties, book clubs, bible studies, and games.

Deposit

 

A DEPOSIT OF $250 ($500 if alcohol is to be served) IS REQUIRED WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER YOUR EVENT AND IF EVERYTHING IS ACCORDING TO CONTRACT. ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE DEPOSIT.  

IF DAMAGE EXCEEDS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT THE LESSEE WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL AMOUNT.  DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT IF EVIDENCE OF ALCOHOL IS PRESENT UNLESS AN ALCOHOL CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED.  

EARLY ACCESS FEE

 

Early access is allowed for decoration and set up the evening before your event from 6-10 pm if the venue is not previously rented.  Pricing depends upon room being rented ask Director for details.  

Events with Alcoholic Beverages- Certificate of Insurance

  Lessee will be required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance (Liquor Liability) for those events in which alcohol will be present. Insurance can be obtained from the following agencies,

or contact your local insurance company asking if they have event insurance that includes liquor liability. 

  The average cost is $175.00 to $200.00. Liability is to be submitted to HHAC's Director no more than 5 BUSINESS DAYS after contract has been signed and deposit made. 



Events with Alcoholic Beverages - Security

Security Fee- $175.00 

Security is contracted by the HHAC though the Uvalde County Sheriff's  Department. Lessee is NOT to arrange or obtain their own security.  1 police officer is required. Payment for security is required 2 weeks prior to the event and is to be in CASH.

Non- Alcoholic Event Notice

If liquor is found at event and proper arrangements including Contract, Liquor Liability and Security have NOT been obtained, event will be shut down and deposit will be kept. 

Venue Rentals - Additional Information

 

THE PERSON SIGNING THE LEASE MUST REMAIN AT THE CENTER DURING EVENTS AND CLEAN UP.  

DECORATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON WALLS OR CEILING UNLESS PRIOR AUTHORIZATION HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THE DIRECTOR.

ROOM SET UP, TEAR DOWN AND CLEAN UP IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSEE.

THERE IS NO ENTRY THE DAY AFTER EVENT.  CLEAN UP MUST BE DONE THE DAY OF OR EVENING OF RENTAL.
