Weber Auditorium is our largest venue, accommodating 350 with chairs only and 275 with tables and chairs. The auditorium is great for Wedding Receptions, Graduation Parties, Quinceañeras, Corporate Events, Vendor Fairs and much more. Our commercial kitchen is on the east end of the auditorium giving easy access for food prep and serving.
Planning a dance with a band or DJ? This is your place! Our stage is amazing with ample room for your entertainment.

Weber West is our Auditorium with a dividing wall. Accommodating 200 with chairs only and 175 with tables and chairs, Weber West is used for the same type of events as the Auditorium but a smaller venue and includes the stage.
West is not attached to the Kitchen but access is available through the hallway.

Weber East is located on the east end of Weber Auditorium. Accommodating 100 with chairs only and 75 with tables and chairs. East is attached to the kitchen and is a great facility for showers, smaller birthday parties, corporate meetings and other events.

Our lobby is the perfect accommodation for a photo booth, bar, Hors D'oeuvre table and more. The lobby is not included in the cost of the auditorium but is a great addition to you event.

Lessee will be required to obtain a Certificate of Insurance (Liquor Liability) for those events in which alcohol will be present. Insurance can be obtained from the following agency.
The average cost is $120.00 . Liability is to be submitted to HHAC's Director no less than 2 weeks from event date.
Early access is allowed for decoration and set up the evening before your event for 3 hours only. Early Access is available on condition the room has not been rented that evening.
Early Access Fee:$200.00.
Security is contracted by the HHAC though the Uvalde County Sheriff's Department. Lessee is NOT to arrange or obtain their own security. 2 officers are required for groups over 75. A Cash Payment for security is required 2 weeks prior to the event.
If liquor is found at event and proper arrangements including Contract, Liquor Liability and Security have NOT been obtained, event will be shut down and deposit will be kept.
The person signing the rental agreement must remain at the center during event and clean up.
Decorations are not allowed on walls or ceiling.
Room set up, tear down and cleaning is the responsibility of the Lessee.
There is no entry into the center the day after the event for clean up. All cleaning must be done directly after the event.
A deposit of $500.00 is required which will be refunded after your event if everything is according to contract. If cleaning is required or property damage has occurred, deposit will be retained.
If damage exceeds the the the deposit the lessee will be held responsible for additional amount.
Deposit will be kept if evidence of alcohol is present unless an alcohol contract has been signed along with purchase of insurance and security is obtained by the center. .
