HHAC offers 5 Water Aerobic Classes 3 days a week along with open pool for individual exercise. Our indoor pool is heated, treated with bromine rather than chlorine and no deeper than 5 feet. Water aerobics and swimming are one of the best low impact activities you can do. Come check it out!

WATER AEROBICS AT HHAC
Do you know water aerobics is one of the best exercises for the body? HHAC offers several classes to choose from along with open pool where you and a friend can come work out when classes are not going on. $65 a month gets you aerobics and/or open pool. 2 or more must be in the pool at at time. A waiver must be signed and a Dr's release obtained before participating in pool activities. Call 830-591-2711.
